More interesting and secure connector is introduced in the outdoor unit. The special material used in development of the special connector is Polybutylene Terephthalate - PBT 30% Glass Field with FR (FIRE RETARDANT) Grade. The brass terminal which is used during manufacturing is copper coated on which nickel coating is done later on. The thickness of the terminal is 0.75mm, designed for wire clamping washer and wave washer to absorb the vibration.

While assembling the cable with the connector, no single wire is cut as we are clamping the wire below the square washer and not tightening it with the screw.
